Prior to your appointment, we will have you sign a consent form that also details all of the pre-care and contraindications for laser hair removal. We\u2019ll ask you to come in without any deodorant on since it can interfere with the laser.
Then, when you come for your appointment, your nurse or laser technician will again confirm that you\u2019re a good candidate for the service. Then, you\u2019ll lie back, and she\u2019ll get started!
The underarm treatment area is usually quite self-explanatory. We will ask you to lift up your arm and, using a skin-safe pencil, we will draw a border around the area of hair growth. With that done, we\u2019ll start zapping the skin. Once we finish one side, we\u2019ll move on to the other side, and it\u2019s over before you know it!
Following the appointment, we ask that you avoid deodorants, sun exposure, as well as intense exercise and saunas for a couple of days.
