Gary Schouborg, PhD\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Gary taught philosophical psychology at Loyola University of Los Angeles in the 1960’s and at the University of Texas at Austin in the 1970’s.\u00a0\u00a0While in Austin, he also did psychological testing and life coaching.\u00a0\u00a0In the 1980’s he was a Telecommunications Consultant in Pacific Bell and AT&T marketing departments, where he also had sales management and training responsibilities; he was later Senior Training Consultant in corporate education.\u00a0\u00a0From 1989 to 2008, he was a founding partner of Performance Consulting, specializing in individual and organizational development.<\/p>

He is the author of FLEX:\u00a0\u00a0A Flexible Tool for Continuously Improving Your Evaluation of Training Effectiveness (HRD Press, 1992).\u00a0\u00a0He is co-author of The Quality Managing & Planning Tools (HRD Press, 1994) and The Basic Quality Improvement Tools (HRD Press, 1994). He has also published poetry as well as articles in philosophy and religious studies.\u00a0<\/p>

Gary’s academic credentials include a B.S. in Mathematics from Loyola Marymount U. (1958), an M.A. in Philosophy from\u00a0Saint Louis\u00a0U. (1964), an S.T.M. in Religious Studies from Santa Clara U. (1969), and a Ph.D. in Philosophical Psychology from the U. of\u00a0Texas\u00a0in\u00a0Austin\u00a0(1978).<\/p>

He is a member of the American Philosophical Association, the American Psychological Association, and the Association for Psychological Science. He is certified by The TRACOM Group to provide\u00a0Social Style<\/em>\u00a0training.<\/p>

The common thread throughout his varied career has been applying various conceptual systems \u2014 philosophical, religious, and behavioral \u2014 to individual and organizational development.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Nini has been a Life Coach for 30 plus years, creating her unique procedures for breaking down experience into digestible chunks. She has incorporated non-violent communication (NVC) principles into her practice since 1992. From 1992 to 2002, she used NVC primarily to help her clients communicate more effectively. However, since taking the NVC International Intensive Training in 2002, her focus has shifted to\u00a0integrating NVC consciousness in all aspects of her life and those of her clients.<\/p>

For 11 years, she has coached mental health professionals in both their personal lives and professional practice.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
