Anyone who has to go through property claims knows how frustrating the process can be. My mom’s house had suffered a storm damage last year, we contacted Evergreen Construction Company. Shaun Hansen, the representative, has been a great help. He was professional, accommodating and super friendly which made the whole process much more bearable. There has been some delays from the insurance company regarding payouts, Evergreen construction company is very understanding and did not push us for payment. So if you need any construction done on your house, for sure to call Evergreen construction company and ask for SHUAN HANSEN.

We hired Evergreen Construction to replace our roof due to damage from the August 2018 hailstorm in our area (Minnetrista). We were referred to Evergreen by a neighbor. We couldn’t be happier with our entire experience with Evergreen. The crew was very polite, did a great job of getting the roof completed in a timely and professional manner. Joe and Antti are very personable and paid close attention to my questions and special requests regarding how the job would be done. (I am very particular about details). As may be expected with any major job, there were a couple small issues along the way that Joe resolved to my complete satisfaction– with a great attitude I would add. I would highly recommend Evergreen. My experience is that they truly are a company puts quality workmanship and customer satisfaction as a priority.

Evergreen did a fantastic job and were very responsive to our needs. We have a new puppy whom we were working on housebreaking and getting him used to going out the front door. Taking him out the back door may have set our training back. Joe and Luke were kind enough to set up a special area for us to take our dog out the front door and it worked great! Not a single nail in that cordoned off area. We have been telling all of our neighbors about this experience and are recommending them to everyone!

I worked with Joe and Antti from Evergreen on a new roof. There are of course products to choose from and Joe and Antti explained everything I needed to know. When it came time to do final measurements and pricing they noticed wind damage and said I should open a claim. A little hesitant I did so, sure enough there was enough damage for a claim and it saved us a lot of money, as we were replacing the roof regardless of a claim. So, that was great, but Evergreen continued to nail the project. From Donna and the team in the main office, to the crew and subcontractors, all the way to cleanup, everyone did a great job. Communicating and coordinating with the insurance adjuster is just one more item they handled for us. Evergreen is professional through and through, performed excellent work, and no surprises, all business. Awesome job!

Joe and Antti of Evergreen Construction Company treated my house and hail damage situation as it was there own house. They met with insurance company adjuster numerous times and represented me, and took care of me, couldn't ask for better service and expertise. They saw the whole process through to the end. The crew that did the job did it perfect in 1 day first time. Not a speck of dirt or nail could be found. We've had our roof replaced twice in the last 3 years due to hail damage and both times the job was done by Evergreen. The latest was completed in August and although there was a minor leak issue afterwards it was dealt with promptly and the company seemed to be very concerned about making things right. In light of this I would have t say that I'm impressed with their level of customer service and would recommend them to others.

We called Evergreen when our skylight began to leak due to age. Antti and Greg climbed up on the roof in 95 degree heat to cover it so that it wouldn't leak inside the house. While they were on the roof, they inspected it for damage and thought that we should call our insurance company. The adjuster came out and met with Antti and determined that the roof was not damaged enough to warrant replacement. Because the original skylight was the wrong ty. pe for my installation, they had to special order one. This whole process took a little over a month, but the patch held. They installed the skylight and replaced some decking that was damaged due to the leak and despite the fact that the roof is almost 20 years old, they matched the shingles around the repair. The installation crew did a great job and they even trimmed out the inside where there was a gap from the old window. We are thrilled with the end result and the entire process. I would highly recommend Evergreen!

Evergreen updated the exterior of our house with new siding, roof, and selected windows and doors after we incurred hail damage. Joe and Antti worked with the insurance company to handle the claim process. We also decided to make some long overdue updates of our sliding glass doors, garage doors, and another window at the same time. The quality of the materials and the work was amazing - beyond what we were expecting when we started the repair process and interviewing contractors. Joe worked with us to add higher quality window trim at a very reasonable price, and it looks great. Evergreen didn’t just replace the siding and roof, they worked with us to make quality updates and enhancements to the outside of our house (at very good prices). They worked around our schedule to do all of the work while we were away from home. The cleanup was very thorough, and they followed up with us multiple times to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. We will definitely use Evergreen for future projects.

Started the process to have my roof repaired from hail damage. They didn't follow through on the claim appeal, didn't follow up with me and now I've wasted 3 months of time with them for nothing.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Joe, Troy and everyone at Evergreen who took care of our claim for hail damage to our roof.The insurance company was being a pain - but Joe and his crew kept on it until insurance finally approved the claim. Once approved, the folks at Evergreen handled the replacement of the roof, siding, and window wraps as absolute pros.Work was impeccable, the guys doing the work were professional, and clean up was immaculate! (I still haven't come across a single nail!) Moreover, during the process, Joe and Troy were super responsive to all of our questions regardless of time of day etc.Would most definitely recommend Evergreen to anyone looking to replace their roof or any other home improvement job. They will take care of you!!

“Wow” is all I can say. Professionalism at its best. Evergreen did my roof 5 years ago- I noticed a leak during a rain storm one recently. I called- they answered! Although I feel they would have come that evening, I asked about the next day. Antti arrived, heard my concerns and discovers cracks in my chimney (photos included). He explained so many things, addressed all my concerns and did what he could to help to ensure my home was as safe as it could be until I could get chimney company out to fix it. I made the best choice 5 years ago and would 10/10 recommend again! You don’t get service like this often!

Evergreen replaced our siding after some hail. We had the opportunity to work with Troy, who was honest, upfront about everything and very responsive to any calls or questions we had. The crew that did the work was excellent, treated our property with respect and did beautiful work. We have had bad experiences with other remodelers in the past, but the entire process with Evergreen was positive. Highly recommended!

Evergreen is AWESOME! Our house had damage from a major hail storm, and we had to replace our siding, roof and garage doors. In the short amount of time we have worked with Evergreen, Joe and his team have been easy to communicate with and have a strong emphasis on customer service. We have worked directly with Joe, Antti and Adam and all have been very responsive and willing to take time with us as needed. Evergreen finished our siding in just under 2 days (removal of old / replacement with new) and it looks GREAT! I would defiantly recommend Evergreen to anyone needing general contracting work done.
