Challenge
The owners of University Radiology were looking for a way to monetize their property and reduce energy expenses. However, the property was located in a multi-zoned residential area, where the community was resistant to the construction disruption associated with installing a solar energy system. The challenge was to navigate these concerns while providing a long-term, sustainable energy solution.
Solution
Our team collaborated closely with the township to demonstrate the numerous benefits of solar energy, addressing concerns about construction and ensuring that the installation would be safe and minimally disruptive to residential neighbors. As a result, University Radiology was able to convert to solar energy, significantly reducing their energy costs and realizing long-term financial savings.
