Universal Tool, a tool and die company, faced significant challenges with an inefficient floor plan that lacked energy-efficient design. The existing structure was poorly optimized for growth, and the company had exhausted its physical resources, making it difficult to implement sustainable energy solutions.
Solution
Our team was brought in by Universal Tool’s architects to collaborate on a design that would accommodate both a solar energy system and an updated HVAC system. Our engineers worked closely with the architects to create a solution that enabled the company to expand while maximizing energy efficiency, ensuring long-term sustainability and cost savings.
This project was developed by Jeff during his tenure as founder and head of business development while at Geoscape Solar.
