Jetro Restaurant Depot’s owners, experienced real estate developers with a strong presence in the New York solar energy market, sought a solar partner in New Jersey who could offer the same level of expertise and nuanced solutions to install solar energy systems across their properties in the state.
Solution
A tailored solar energy solution was created, designed to maximize state incentives and provide significant financial benefits. The project was financed with the solar tax burden assumed, enabling the property owners to focus on their growth without additional financial strain. As a result, a lasting partnership was established, with the company now serving as the exclusive solar energy provider for each new property the developer acquires.
