Challenge
Avanti Linens, a luxury bath towel and accessories manufacturer, wanted to transition to solar energy. However, the property faced significant challenges as it was located in a flood zone, and the foundation would eventually need to be elevated. Other solar energy providers turned down the project due to these structural complications.
Solution
Our team of engineers meticulously crafted a custom solar energy design that extended electrical conduits, allowing the system to be installed in a way that accommodated the future elevation of the foundation. This solution enabled Avanti Linens to move forward with solar energy while ensuring that the system could be adapted as the building’s structure was raised, offering both immediate and long-term flexibility.
