Challenge
Braen Quarry had 18 acres of adjacent land that they attempted to lease and monetize through various avenues, but none of their efforts had been successful.
Solution
A custom-designed solar energy system was created to generate over 6MW of clean energy annually, translating into more than $2 million in income each year. The system was engineered to optimize solar energy production, maximize savings, and take full advantage of current solar incentives, turning unused land into a valuable asset.
